A: Absolutely! We can keep your original handwriting from the letter to make it personal and sincere. We will also add delicate bows and small floral elements to the design because your mom loves them, creating a unique, warm, and meaningful custom piece full of your love.

3:Q: Are your custom products eco-friendly?
A: Yes, all our custom products are made with eco-friendly materials. We can assist with SGS environmental testing upon request, but the associated testing fee will be the customer’s responsibility.

A: Yes. Unlike standard custom printing services that print the entire photo as-is, we allow you to select only the specific part of an image you want—such as a child's artwork, a handwritten letter, or a pet's face.

A: Standard shipping usually takes 8–15 business days, and most orders arrive within this window.
In some cases, delivery may be slightly delayed due to weather, customs processing, remote delivery areas, or other unexpected factors.

A: You may machine wash or hand wash it, then air dry or tumble dry on low heat. Do not use a steam iron on the item.

16:Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges for custom items?
A: As all products are uniquely custom-made to your personal design and specifications, returns and exchanges are not accepted once produced.
