1. Artwork & Image Resolution Standards
Final print clarity directly depends on the quality of your original uploaded image or file.
• For Custom Finished Products (Pillows, Blankets, Tapestries, Merch):
High-resolution photos or designs are strongly recommended. If your photo needs background cleanup, lighting adjustments, or minor refining, our HarmengDen® design team will assist you during the 1-on-1 digital preview proofing process.
• For Small-Batch Custom Fabric Printing (By the Yard):
The final print quality directly depends on the clarity of your original image or file. Please provide high-resolution images or vector files whenever possible.
We support design & vector file formats: TIF, AI, PSD, PDF, EPS, TIFF, PLT, and image formats: BMP, PNG, JPG/JPEG, WEBP, SVG.

2. Color Precision & Handcrafted Dimensions
• Color Accuracy:
Due to variations in screen display settings and the natural ink-absorption characteristics of different fabric bases (e.g., velvet vs. cotton-linen), final physical print colors may vary slightly from digital screen previews. We calibrate all designs against strict production color standards to ensure maximum fidelity.
• Size & Tailoring Tolerances:
All bespoke products are individually printed, precision-cut, and sewn upon request. A standard dimension tolerance of ±1–2 cm (0.4"–0.8") is normal for handcrafted textile products.

3. Base Fabric Selection & Project Requirements
We offer a comprehensive array of premium fabric bases—ranging from Cotton Knitted/Woven, Polyester Blends, Plush & Fleece, to Functional Waterproof and Linen Fabrics.
When placing your order or submitting a inquiry, please specify your desired fabric base and functional requirements (e.g., drape, softness, indoor/outdoor use, or merch application) in the order notes or through direct contact with our team.

4. Intellectual Property & Uploaded Content
All bespoke textiles are produced strictly according to customer-provided artwork, logos, and instructions. HarmengDen® does not claim ownership of uploaded designs.
By submitting artwork, logos, or images, you confirm that you hold full legal rights or authorized licenses to use the content. Customers assume full responsibility for ensuring submitted files comply with copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Production Timelines & MOQ
• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
- Finished Keepsakes & Custom Merch: No MOQ required (starts from 1 piece).
- Custom Fabric Printing (By the Yard): Ultra-flexible low MOQ starting at just 3 yards.
• Production Timelines:
Production begins only after you explicitly approve your digital proof via email.
- Finished Keepsakes / Merch: 3–10 business days for studio crafting.
- Fabric Yardage Sampling: 3–5 business days; Bulk Yardage Orders: 7–10 business days.

6. Proofing, Cancellations & Guarantee Policy
• Digital Proof Approval:
Before printing, our design team will email you a digital preview within 2 business days. Physical production only starts after your explicit confirmation.
• Cancellations & Returns:
Because every item or fabric roll is custom-printed exclusively to your specifications, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once physical production has commenced following your proof approval.
• Quality Assurance:
If your order arrives with a verifiable manufacturing defect, printing flaw, or shipping damage, please contact us at Harmeng2026@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or video. Verified issues will receive a 100% free reprint.

7. Need Fabric Assurance First? (Sample Swatch Options)
To inspect fabric texture, weight, print saturation, and softness before committing to a full order, we offer two dedicated sample options:
• For Home Decor & Finished Products: Order our Home Decor Swatch Kit ($9.99). If your subsequent order exceeds $120, contact our team to receive a full $9.99 credit!
• For Custom Fabric Printing (By the Yard): Order our Printed Swatch Set ($19.99). When you place a future fabric order of $300 or more, simply let us know, and the $19.99 sample fee will be fully deducted from your order total!
