🎨 Customization & Design Services
Q1: I only have a rough idea or a paper sketch—can you help develop it?
A: Yes. Our design team can help turn photos, sketches and concept ideas into print-ready designs. Select the appropriate option under Optional Design Services when personalizing your order.
Q2: Can I combine a handwritten note with decorative elements such as flowers or bows?
A: Yes. We can preserve the character of handwriting from a letter or card and combine it with florals, ribbons or custom background elements.
Q3: How many photos or elements can I place on one item?
A: You can use multiple photos or design elements. The recommended number depends on the product size, layout and image clarity. For more complex arrangements, select Custom Photo Collage Design under Optional Design Services.
Q4: Can you transform my photo into an artistic style?
A: Yes. Available options include oil painting, watercolor, vintage, cartoon and fine-line styles. Select Transform into Artwork under Front Photo Enhancement and share your preferred direction.
Q5: What if my photo is blurry or low resolution?
A: Final print clarity depends on the quality of your original image. If your photo needs improvement, select Enhance Resolution under Front Photo Enhancement. Our team will improve the image where technically possible, but severely blurred or very small files may have limited results.
🧵 Fabrics, Quality & Environmental Standards
Q6: What materials and inks do you use?
A: We source fabrics and water-based printing inks from established suppliers. Applicable materials are supported by SGS environmental documentation. Available fabric texture, finish and suitability vary by product.
Q7: Can I request a different fabric or a non-standard size?
A: Yes. In addition to our listed fabrics and standard sizes, other fabric options and bespoke dimensions may be available upon request, subject to material availability and production requirements.
Q8: Can I order custom-printed fabric for my own DIY project?
A: Yes. Our Fabric Lab offers small-batch custom fabric printing starting at 3 yards for sewing, crafts, product development and other creative projects.
Q9: Can I order fabric samples before placing a custom order?
A: Yes. We offer two sample options:
For Custom Home Decor & Finished Products: Order our $9.99 Home Decor Swatch to inspect available fabric textures, softness and finishes. If your subsequent custom order exceeds $120, contact our team to receive a $9.99 credit.
For Small-Batch Custom Fabric Printing By the Yard: Order our $19.99 Printed Swatch. The $19.99 sample fee can be credited toward a future single fabric order of $300 or more.
Q10: What artwork files do you accept for custom fabric printing?
A: Final print quality depends on the clarity of your original file. High-resolution images or vector files are recommended whenever possible.
Accepted design and vector formats include AI, PSD, PDF, EPS, SVG and PLT.
Accepted image formats include TIF/TIFF, BMP, PNG, JPG/JPEG and WEBP.
Q11: What base fabrics can I print on?
A: Available textile categories include:

📦 Shipping, Duties & B2B Orders
Q12: What is the Minimum Order Quantity and production time?
A: Minimum quantities and production times depend on the product type:
Custom Finished Products: No MOQ required—orders start from 1 piece. Production typically takes 3–10 business days.
Small-Batch Custom Fabric Printing By the Yard: Orders start at 3 yards. Fabric sampling and print preparation typically take 3–5 business days. Bulk fabric printing typically takes 7–10 business days.
Production times begin after complete artwork and customization information have been received. If you select Free Digital Proof, production begins after your confirmation.
Q13: Are shipping and import duties included?
A: Yes. We offer free shipping, and orders are shipped under DDP terms, with applicable import duties and taxes prepaid. Applicable US state sales tax is calculated at checkout when required.
Q14: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard tracked shipping to the United States usually takes 8–15 business days after dispatch. Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships.
Q15: Do you accept orders from creators, businesses and interior designers?
A: Yes. We accept custom project inquiries from content creators, live streamers, corporate clients, event organizers, boutique hotels, interior designers and other businesses.

🛡️ Care Instructions & Quality Guarantee
Q16: How should I wash and care for my custom textiles?
A: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle or hand wash with mild detergent. Tumble dry on low heat or line dry in the shade. Do not steam or iron directly over printed areas. Product-specific care requirements may vary by fabric.
Q17: Can I request a Digital Proof before production?
A: Yes. Select Free Digital Proof under Optional Design Services when personalizing your order. If it is not selected, our HarmengDen® studio team will professionally prepare your design and proceed with production.
Q18: What is your Quality Guarantee and Replacement Policy?
A: Because each item is made using customer-provided artwork and personalization details, returns or cancellations are not accepted for changes of mind or incorrectly submitted sizes, designs or delivery information.
If your order arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, printing imperfection or shipping damage:
1.Contact us at Harmeng2026@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery.
2.Include a clear photo or short video showing the issue.
3.Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a free reprint and cover the associated production and shipping costs.
