A: Unlimited! Unlike rigid automated photo tools, our HarmengDen® custom design service gives you total creative freedom. You can upload multiple images, adjust sizes, and arrange them anywhere on your piece. Want a collage of your kid’s artworks or multiple pet portraits? We’ve got you covered!

Q4: Can you transform my photos into oil painting or cartoon art styles?

A: Absolutely. Our design studio can artfully convert your photos into any style—from classic oil painting and watercolor to vintage anime, American cartoon, or fine line art. Just leave a note with your design preference during customization, and our team will bring it to life.

Q5: What if my photo is blurry or low resolution?

A: Don't worry! Our HarmengDen® studio artists manually review every single upload. We use advanced digital tools to clarify details, balance lighting, and ensure your photo prints crisp and sharp on fabric.

Q8: Can I order custom printed fabric to DIY my own handmade creation at home?

A: We love supporting DIY creators! You can order your custom-printed fabric by the yard. A gift sewn with your own hands carries extraordinary warmth and personal love.

Q9: Can I order fabric samples before placing a custom order?

A: Yes! We offer tailored sample options depending on your customization needs:

• For Custom Home Decor & Finished Products: We offer a HarmengDen® Premium Fabric Swatch Kit for $9.99 so you can inspect our fabric textures, softness, and print quality in person with complete confidence. If your subsequent custom order exceeds $120, simply contact our customer support team, and we will happily issue a $9.99 credit toward your order—making your swatch kit effectively FREE!

• For Small-Batch Custom Fabric Printing (By the Yard): When you purchase our Printed Swatch Set ($19.99), simply let us know when you place a single order of $300 or more in the future, and we will fully deduct the $19.99 sample fee from your order total!

Q10: What artwork files do you accept for custom pattern printing?

A: The final print quality directly depends on the clarity of your original image or file. Please provide high-resolution images or vector files whenever possible.
We support design & vector file formats: TIF, AI, PSD, PDF, EPS, TIFF, PLT, and image formats: BMP, PNG, JPG/JPEG, WEBP, SVG.

Q11: What base fabrics can I print on?

A: We offer a wide range of premium base materials, including:

📦 Shipping, Duties & B2B Orders
Q12: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and production time for custom orders?

A: Our production timelines and MOQs vary depending on the custom product type:

• For Custom Finished Products (Pillows, Blankets, Tapestries, etc.): No MOQ required (starts from 1 piece). Studio crafting, precision cutting, and tailored sewing typically take 3–10 business days, with every piece passing a strict 3-point studio quality inspection.

• For Small-Batch Custom Fabric Printing (By the Yard): Starts at just 3 yards. Fabric sampling and proofing typically take 3–5 business days, while bulk yardage printing orders are completed in 7–10 business days.

Q13: Are there any shipping fees or hidden customs duties?

A: None at all! We proudly offer FREE Shipping on all orders. Furthermore, all shipments are sent under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms—meaning we cover 100% of the import customs duties and taxes beforehand. You will never face surprise fees upon delivery. (Applicable state Sales Tax will be calculated normally at checkout according to US regulations).

Q14: What are the shipping times?

A: Standard tracked shipping usually takes 8–15 business days to arrive in the US. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package is dispatched.

Q15: Do you supply to content creators, live streamers, corporate clients, or interior designers?

A: Absolutely! We proudly support top live streamers, content creators, and influencers looking for exclusive, custom-branded merch and high-converting products with reliable supply chain support. We also partner with interior designers, real estate agencies, luxury boutique hotels, and corporate clients for bespoke orders.

Q16: How do I care for and wash my custom textiles?

A: Our eco-friendly prints are built to last! Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle or hand wash with mild detergent. Tumble dry on low heat or line dry in shade. Do not steam iron directly over printed areas.

Q17: What is your Design Preview & Proofing policy?

A: We want you to be 100% in love with your bespoke design! Before printing, our HarmengDen® studio team will email you a digital preview within 2 business days. We offer free design adjustments until you are completely satisfied. We only print once you give your final explicit approval!

Q18: What is your Quality Guarantee and Replacement Policy for custom items?

A: Because every item is uniquely custom-made with your personal artwork, we cannot accept returns or cancellations for buyer’s remorse (e.g., changing your mind or submitting incorrect sizes/addresses).

However, we stand 100% behind our craftsmanship! If your order arrives with a manufacturing flaw, printing imperfection, or shipping damage:
